Customer Support Specialist

- Leading order handling andexecution to achieve connected financial KPI’s (Revenue,cash and profitability). Confirming accuracy of incoming orders,checking details such as product codes, quantities and deliveryinformation
- Ensuring customer loyalty viaprofessional customer support and orders execution. Handlinglogistics and coordinating with logistic vendor for deliveries andensuring quality communication tocustomers
- Responsible for close and continuousfollow up with customers and supporting functions to ensureinvoicing and collection on time. Inspecting product quality beforedelivery and addressing any issues or defectspromptly
- Ensuring the resolution of customerissues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating withsales, operations, supply chain management and other internal andexternal teams. Coordinating resolution with field serviceteam
- Recommending appropriate solution forcustomer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure thecomplete handling of the request (e.g. production capability andscheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is inplace
- Responsible for informing customers aboutissue status based on inputs and clarifying any questions. Ensuringa positive customer experience throughout the entire process.Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) usingavailable tools and collecting relevantinformation.
- Tracking regular targetperformance and providing reports tomanagement.
- Ensuring accuracy of ERP withregard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customercontracts, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records oforders, invoices and shippingdocuments
