KEY JOBRESPONSIBILITES:

Work closelywith the Interior Design team for the preparation of 3Dvisualisation.

Understand the concepts andinitial design intent and apply this into a graphicrepresentation

Read and accurately interpretarchitectural illustrations 2D CAD files or other 3D modeling dataas specified within projects and realizing those designs ascompelling imagery

Efficient modeling andconverting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelingpackages

Prepare 3D white model with preliminarycameras and lighting setup

Setup the realisticmaterials

Produce 3D visual images for interiorarchitectural design presentations on a variety of project typesincluding hotel restaurant residential and commercialinteriors

Make the alterative changes based ondesigners reviews and comments

Post render workin Photoshop for final adjustments compositing finishing andretouching

Development of a software librarysuitable for interior rendering needs andapplications

TECHNICALQUALIFICATIONS

The minimumqualifications for this roleare:

Minimum of 5 (five)years of experience

Bachelors degree in 3DDesign / Graphic Design

Technical Diploma from arecognized and accredited Institution.

A graphicbackground or similar certification/training would bedesirable.

Must be an expert in use of software:3Ds Max / Maya / Vray / AutoCAD / Eon Vue Adobe PhotoshopIllustrator and any other graphic or rendering software. It is alsorequired to have a working knowledge of other software and CADpackages related to the function.

Must be fullyconversant in using and creating modeling from architectural planssketches and elevations and have knowledge of related visualisationand photorealistic rendering techniques.

Allcandidates must submit their portfolio of recently completedInterior Renders.
