The Assistant Marketing Manager, Delta HotelsCity Center Doha is part of an important team that creates andexecutes property-level communications to our customers. Under theleadership of the Director of Sales & Marketing, this rolepromotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional,digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancingthe image of the hotel. This role helps build marketing plans,targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of drivingconsumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, andbuilding broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role alsofocuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotelguests and to local patrons. As part of the larger Gulf, Levant& Turkey Marketing and Communication team, this role isfully connected into resources in their region; Marketing leads onproperty liaise and build deep partnerships with their regionalDigital Field Marketing (as applicable) and Area Marketing lead toverify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts areeffectively integrated with the selling efforts for theorganization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything,from balancing traditional and digital marketing activities tocontributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel.Success is measured by how well the individual helps to drive thesales and revenue strategy of the property, social mediaengagement, and also by how effectively he/she leverages theresources around them to create truly compelling marketing andcommunications campaigns. Preferred Qualifications •2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, PublicRelations, Business Administration or related major and 2 yearsexperience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professionalarea; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experiencepreferred OR • 4-year bachelor's degree inMarketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 yearsexperience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professionalarea; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agencyexperience preferred.
