Principal Accountabilities •Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and host nationexplosives safety, AFOSH and security standards during allexplosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites andtemporary duty locations. • In the event of an emergency,takes necessary control and directs timely response actions.• Uses TICMS to the maximum extent possible and reportssystem discrepancies as required. • Supervises and managesassigned personnel that perform accountability actions. •Monitors the training of department personnel in the use of TICMS.• Checks the daily connectivity to TICMS and takesappropriate action to correct problems. • Conducts allmunitions work according to established quality processes,identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.• Completes all accountability and historicaldocumentation actions in a timely manner. • Works closelywith department personnel to resolve any serviceability andaccountability issues noted during the inspection processes;informs the Superintendent of all problems. • Advises theMunitions Superintendent and MASO of any potential problems.• Acts as the focal point for processing and filingaccountable/auditable documents. • Conducts warehouseinventories and advises the Superintendent about any discrepancies.• Manages the ADR process to ensure appropriate actionsare taken on all assets. • Reconciles the ADR file againstTICMS records monthly to ensure ADR documentation accuratelyreflects TICMS information; documents results and briefs MASO onfindings and corrections. • Assists in developing themaster inspection schedule and in monitoring shelf and service lifeto ensure disposition actions are initiated for all affectedassets. • Provides inputs to the Superintendent for themonthly periodic inspection schedule. • Monitorscomponents required for munitions TCTO's and follows up asrequired. • Monitors the AWM and AWP actions affecting theserviceability of the stockpile. • Ensures munitionsshipments are booked through Freight and tracks departure status.• Performs other duties assigned by the MunitionsSuperintendent. • Works necessary hours, to includestand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetimeand combat contingencies. • Perform other duties asassigned. • Works in normal office and maintenance shop orwarehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors forextended periods. Minimum Requirements • Must haveintermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems orUS service equivalent. • Must be proficient in the use ofpersonal computers and Windows Operating System and MicrosoftOffice to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Wordprograms. • May be required to operate material handlingequipment. • Must possess a valid home countrydriver's license and ability to obtain host nationdriver's license. • High School diploma orequivalent required. • Must have a minimum eightyears' experience on Military Munitions. • Mustnot have been convicted of a Domestic Violence charge (LautenbergAmendment compliance). • Must be eligible to obtain andmaintain a US Secret Security Clearance. • Will berequired to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)according to prescribed procedures and as required for task beingperformed. • Physically capable of performing all requiredduties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.• Must have normal color perception and depth ofvision.
