Overview •**This position is physically located in Qatar in support ofLOGCAP*** Under the supervision of Operations Manager, performs afull range of tasks to ensure Vectrus and its subcontractors have aculture of compliance and zero tolerance for Trafficking in Persons(TIPs) in accordance with (IAW) US Public Law (USPL), the FederalAcquisition Regulations (FAR), USG supplements thereto, as well asLocal Laws. A Compliance Auditor protects assets by completingaudits, employee trainings and implementing other managementmethods as assigned to ensure compliance with regulations andinternal controls. Assists in reviewing and enforcing compliancewith standards or regulations imposed by contract requirements andthe company’s internal guidelines. Responsibilities Thisposition description is subject to change at any time as needed tomeet the requirements of the program or company. • Appliesknowledge of international standards related to exploitative childlabor, forced labor and human trafficking to specific casecontexts. International standards include C138; C182; C029; C105;social, political and economic factors contributing to child laborand forced labor; UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;trafficking in persons, in general; Executive Order 13126– Prohibition of Acquisition of Products Produced byForced or Indentured Child Labor; Trade and Development Act of2000; FAR 52.222-50, KSCR1-2 and Trafficking Victims ProtectionAct. Conducts substantive legal and regulatory research on HumanTrafficking & labor issues. • Reviewing trainingmaterials, compliance plans, pay slips, financials and programmanagement practices/policies to ensure compliance to applicablerequirements. Responds within 24 hours to allegations, auditfindings or requests for investigation, compliance audits oradvocacy services for potential victims of human trafficking.Receive, track and manage to closure allegations, requests forinformation and referrals. • Responsible for assessing theproductivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of assigned programoperations and objectives; Ensures compliance with regulations andcontrols by examining and analyzing records, reports, operatingpractices, and documentation; recommending opportunities tostrengthen the internal control structure. •Identification of noncompliance’s, and correctiveactions; identification of ways to improve the efficiency andeffectiveness of policies at both the program and Subcontractorlevel. • Supports external auditors by coordinatinginformation and logistics support requirements. Continuallydevelops self-knowledge of issues of compliance, human trafficking,and related laws/ policies; Participates in all assigned orrecommended training opportunities. Updates job knowledge byseeking out and participating in educational opportunities andreading professional publications • Adheres to theconfidentiality policy regarding the company, its Subcontractors,as well as potential victims of trafficking. • Continuallydevelops self-knowledge of issues of compliance, human trafficking,and related laws/ policies; Participates in all assigned orrecommended training opportunities. Updates job knowledge byseeking out and participating in educational opportunities andreading professional publications. • Adheres to theconfidentiality policy regarding the company, its Subcontractors,as well as potential victims of trafficking. • Maintainsregular attendance and punctuality. • Works evenings andweekends as required. • Performs other duties asassigned
