This position is responsible forproviding administrative support to colleagues in the Talent& Culture function to ensure the timely and accuratedelivery of Talent & Culture initiatives andprojects.

  • Processday-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurateand timely manner
  • Create and update employeedata records in the system
  • Create personalfiles and assist with general filing
  • Preparevarious letters and communication toemployees
  • Prepare monthly employeenewsletter
  • Organize and executeemployees’ social, athletic, and recreationalactivities
  • Update and track annual andprobation period appraisals of allemployees
  • Assist colleagues will all HR-relatedqueries and questions
  • Conduct and ensure asmooth onboarding experience for all newhires
  • Manage resignation and clearanceprocedures
  • Maintain good working relationshipsand partnerships with recruitmentagencies/sources
