Merchandise Associate • Handlescustomer concerns and inquiries. • Attends the cashregister as needed. • Coordinates with co-workers forsmooth operations. • Providing outstanding customerexperiences. • Receiving new merchandise and stockingshelves on the sales floor. • Restocking and neatlyrepacking unsold items onto shelves. • Preparingmerchandise for purchase by entering items into store inventory andapplying sales tags. • Assembling product displaysdressing mannequins, and arranging merchandise in storefrontwindows. • To ensure that all company'sMerchandising directives are being adhered to. • Ensuringthat product prices are clearly marked and that items are properlydisplayed. • Monitor everyday sales and the monthlyphysical inventory count. • To analyze sales and inventorydata to determine consumer preferences to optimize opportunities.• Observe safety and security procedures. Reports anymisuse or theft of stock to the merchandise supervisor. •Assist in sales events, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and otherproduct promotional activities. • To ensure outstandingpresentation and visual merchandising standards are alwaysmaintained. Ensure the shop is tidy, clean, and full at the end ofthe day. • Provide updates to the business bycommunicating to the Management team. • Ensure compliancewith processes that remain efficient, effective, and streamlined• To ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.Qualifications • A high school diploma. •Previous experience in retail, inventory, or merchandising.• Computer literate • Excellent communicationskills in English • Arabic speaker is an advantage• Good standard of numericalskills
