Activelyparticipate in theplanning and implementation of the departmentdevelopment plans andthe different manpower training programs forthe medical, technicaland nursing staff in his / her area ofexpertise. Participating inthe variouscommittees for the upgrading of services andorganization of workwithin and outside the hospital. Participatinginscheduling of on-call duties and provides on-callservices.Participating in the assessment andupdating of drug, medical supplyand equipmentneeds. Participating in all relevantresearchactivities related to their expertise. Performsspecialprocedures as privileged.
