Occupational Therapist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Evaluatethe admitted children and prepare intervention plan for each childincluding admission, progress, and exit. - Execution of the planaccordingly to attain a maximum level of independence in the child- Modify the plan according to the requirement of the child inconsultation with immediate supervisor - Develop daily lesson plansin discussion with immediate supervisor; maintain daily progressreports and activity reports for each child. - Evaluates thestudent's ability and formulates the student'soccupational profile through a variety of functional, behavioral,and standardized assessments, skilled observation, checklists,histories, and interviews. - Record and report on the progress ofeach child to be presented at parent teacher meetings, andperiodically as required by the immediate supervisor. - Correspondwith parents on the progress of each child and suggest techniquesfor training at home through approved channels •*EDUCATION AND TRAINING** - Have successfully completed andgraduated from an accredited occupational therapy professionalprogram recognized by national governments and have completed allfieldwork requirements • *EXPERIENCE** - At least three(3) years of experience in similar work setting •*LANGUAGE** - Must be fluent in English.
