Responsibilities:
- Maintaincleanliness and orderliness of common areas including the kitchenand meeting rooms.
- Handle basic office taskssuch as photocopying filing and organizingdocuments.
- Assist in managing office suppliesand placing orders when necessary.
- Run errandssuch as delivering documents or picking upsupplies.
- Support colleagues with various tasksas needed.
- Ensure that the office iswellstocked and prepared for dailyactivities.
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experienceas an Office Assistant or in a similarrole.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment suchas printers and copiers.
- Good organizationaland timemanagement skills.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive approachto problemsolving and taskcompletion.
