  • Assists with pre-job preparationsby reviewing the cement job plan with the Technical Professionaland the cement crew and addressing equipment and / or operationalconcerns before mobilizing tolocation.
  • Supervises employees engaged in thedelivery of cementing services and products, ensuring they followthe applicable Customer and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE)procedures and Management System (HMS) procedures and the approvedcement job plan. If required, initiates the Management of Changeprocedure.
  • Holds pre and post-job safetymeetings.
  • Reviews job performance with the crewto identify opportunities to improve.
  • Usesextensive cementing knowledge to assist cementing team resolveequipment and job execution problems.
