· Responsible for developing,managing commissioning execution strategy, schedule, and costbudget for the project.

· Responsiblefor managing preservation activities for projectmaterial.

· Participate in the keyengineering design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layoutand HAZOP to ensure pre-commissioning and commissioningrequirements are incorporated into the design of thefacilities.

· Ensure that businessrisks are identified and managed, and opportunitiesmaximized.

· Work closely withinternal stakeholders including the Project Manager, EngineeringManager and Quality manager.

· Provideexpertise to Hook Up and Commissioning function as subject matterexpert for bidding and estimation.

·Provide support to Hook Up and Commissioning function to Developprocesses, policies, and procedures.

·Demonstrate visible leadership and commitment to excellent HSESperformance. Provide expertise to safety deliverables reviews suchas HAZID, SIMOPS, TRA and JSAreviews.

· Provide expertise tocommissioning engineering group, provide guidance to team anddevelop succession plan forresources.

· Responsible for managingthe Completions management software (CMS) for the project such asPIMS, ICAPS, CO-Console

· Responsiblefor commissioning engineering such as define system boundaries(LOSH) and project system database development (Mechanicalcompletions, pre-commissioning, and commissioningdatabase)

· Manage and supervise dayto day commissioning activities for all disciplines and systemssuch as HV and MV Electrical System, Rotary Equipment, Gascompressors, Generator Engines, Cranes, Integrated AutomationSystems, Fire and Gas system, surveillance, Inplant communication,Data transmission, Network Security and Nitrogen Helium leaktesting.

· Mange interfaces with otherfunctions

· Manage customer andvendors interfaces and expectations.

·Responsible for commissioning engineering such as define systemboundaries (LOSH) and responsible for project database development(Mechanical completions, pre-commissioning, and commissioningdatabase)

· Responsible for punch listmanagement for the project untilhandover

· Responsible for projectchange management, including identification and close out of changeorders.

· Responsible for developingpre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, provide relevantinputs to engineering for startupprocedure.

· Responsible to ensurecommissioning test procedures and work instructions are developedas per applicable industry codes, standards, and clientrequirements.

· Participate in projectclose out process including recording lessons learned, bestpractices of the project.

·Responsible to ensure Test equipment, Special tools, and consumableavailability during execution in accordance with scoperequirements.

· Responsible to manageShutdown and turnaround activities.

·Identify and review shutdown requirements and critical interfacesin the project.
