  • Coordinate TechnicalSafety and Loss Prevention Engineering deliverables with Contractorpersonnel, Project Management Team (PMT) and Head of TechnicalSafety and Loss Prevention in sharedresources.

  • Lead / Drive EPCcontractor to deliver technical safety studies (e.g. QRA, HAZOPs, ,FERA, EERA, QRA studies and PH&RA workshops) as perexecution plan. Occasionally lead and facilitate the Formal RiskAssessment (FRA) for the execution activities and stewardship theFRA reportingprocesses.

  • Manage andmonitor the Technical Safety and Loss Prevention Engineeringschedule and critical milestones. Develop and manage recovery plansto address any delays. Support the project by providing clearguidance to close out appropriate actions associated with TechnicalSafety and Loss Prevention activities such as saferty case studies,risk assessments, HAZOPsetc.

  • Provide guidance andinput during detailed design for the Packages, Contractorstrategies/procedures to achieve project Integration objectives asrequired; participate in Offshore Constructability Reviews, SIMOPSetc as required. Support the risk screening process of theSpecification Deviation Request (SDR) that will be raised byvendors andcontractor.

  • Stewardcontractors’ Loss Prevention execution activities. Adviseon the adequacy of Contractors’ safety and risk executionactivities in accordance with projects plans, verify adequacy ofContractor resources and personnel competency for the tasks,employment of appropriate tools including used of approved softwarefor scoped studies.

  • Advisecontractor Technical Safety organisation with respect to compliancewith COMPANY policies for prevention of information brokering andbusiness standards guidelines; engineering and design procedures,processes, and deliverables; staffing plans, personnel suitabilityand adequacy and the successful resolution of anyclaims.

  • Supervise and solvetechnical problems as they are developing in the variousdisciplines and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Seekguidance on areas beyond technical knowledge and manageimplementation ofsolutions.

  • Chair meetings ifrequired to collect and disseminate information pertaining toTechnical Safety and Loss Prevention engineering actions; adviseManagement in a timely manner where issues are unable to beresolved and may impact the projectdelivery.

  • Oversee the timely deliveryof technical attachments and scope description to all TechnicalSafety and Loss Prevention related purchase orders and own relatedtechnical attachments and scope description in all fabrication andconstruction contracts.

  • Leadthe developments of Design Safety Case that meets theProject’s and OPCO’s requirements and ensureTechnical Integrity Verification (TIV) plan is implemented. Supportthe Desi
