DHL Global Forwarding has an openingfor Inside Sales Executive inQatar. In this role as the Inside Salesexecutive you will have to win retain and develop new Business foroverall sales development. You will have to target existingcustomers and generates additional revenue by increasing share ofwallet and by selling value added services. You will also help togather customer and market information to build a customer prospectdatabase.

Inthis Inside Sales Executiveposition:


  • As aSales Executive you will have successfully deliver on both targetand high customer satisfaction measures
  • Youwill develop and maintain strong existing customer relations andloyalty through ensuring customersatisfaction.
  • You will have to respond tocustomer enquiries/complaints.
  • You will managea defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for alasting business relationship with DGF.
  • Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customerneeds.
  • You will also have to highlights toSales Manager on observations of market dynamics for examplecompetitors behavioral patterns.
  • You will haveto maintain and support interdepartmentalrelationships.
  • You will collaborate withcolleagues across the organization to achieve sharedgoals.
  • You will develop salesplan/strategy/activities to achieve targetbudgets.
  • In terms of process you will beresponsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entirerange of standardized products to customers.
  • You will develop target lists of new business and continuouslyreview and update.
  • You will have to establishand present customized offers to customers.
  • You will use good negotiation skills with customers on contractualterms of service provision that is aligned to corporate salespolicy and procedures.
  • You will have to adhereto approved credit limits granted to customers and enforcepreviously agreed payment terms.
  • You willprepare and realize planned sales calls.
  • Youwill be responsible for product targets for budgeted growth in newand additional business.
  • You willsecure/collect all necessary information to assess creditworthiness of potential customers support receivablesfunctions.
  • You also will have to ensure thatthe customer commitments are clearly communicated to respectiveoperations clear business set up process.
  • Youwill report activities quotes sales calls and other informationthrough customer database system i.e.Danzsale.
  • You will perform roles andresponsibilities in compliance with company policies procedures andinstructions.

  • Less than 13years of experience within the logistics and/or freight forwardingindustry.
  • Bachelors Degree or relevantIndustry Experience.
  • Experience in salesenvironment with proven record advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and the ability tofocus on outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Pack Microsoftapplications
