DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, teachadvanced level theory and practice, and assess using variouslearning methodologies in an assigned technical subject area, roleplays, simulations, technology-delivered training, and workplacelearning or e-learning. Analyse the knowledge and skills gap inalignment of OJT (On Job Training) programs matrix and designlearning materials to meet individual needs, in coordination withLine supervision. Design and develop simulator training andassessments or source appropriate test materials where necessary.Evaluate learner performance and prepare reports of progress.Design and develop Process/Technical Unit training and ProcedureCompetency Assessments or source appropriate test materials wherenecessary. Recommend learning solutions with course curriculum andresponds to feedback from learners and makes adjustments orenhancements to the learning solution based on feedback. Developoperations process scenarios and modify lesson plans and learningmaterials and use instructional methods and media effectively.Liaise with Simulator Engineer and Training Coordinator to developthe operations process scenarios to maintain Operator TrainingSimulator Hardware and perform OTS software housekeeping. Maintainand follow-up trainee records including attendance and assessmentresults in LSO (SAP Learning Solutions). Communicate feedbackreports for Training Coordinator on trainee progress. Ensureoperations process safety standards are implemented and followed.Ensure recommendations and enhancements regarding effectiveness oftraining resources are implemented. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6years’ experience in Offshore, oil and gas industry,including 3 years as an instructor. Experience in plant process,production equipment and understanding of basic DCS process controlsystems. Experience in procedure development, analysis, and plantOperations and Maintenance
