IT Supervisor

Rixos Qetaifan IslandNorth Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel,along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beachclub, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boastpanoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide aplatform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of thecountry’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan IslandNorth’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is theworld’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.Job Description IT Supervisor The IT Supervisor will be responsiblefor assisting the IT department and ensuring that all systems arefunctioning smoothly. Supervise the clerks, oversee theinstallation and maintenance of hardware and software, and providetechnical support as necessary. • Support the ITdepartment with day-to-day tasks • Monitors theinstallation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and softwaresystems • Provide technical support to staff, includingtroubleshooting and resolving IT issues • Follow ITpolicies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of oursystems • Work within the IT budgets • Staycurrent with advances in technology and recommend upgrades or newsystems as needed Qualifications • Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology or related field •Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in asupervisory role • Strong knowledge of hotel/theme park ITsystems, including property management systems and guest Wi-Fi• Excellent supervisory and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Strong problem-solving skills and attention todetail
