Whatyou’ll do You will support our external clients inbuilding visions, strategies, and implementation plans to helpbring digitalization to life. All our consulting projects arestrategic in their nature and have technology at the core. As aDigital Strategy Associate Vice President, you will: •Oversee selected consulting engagements to develop new digitalstrategies, capabilities, and competitive differentiators for ourclients, working closely with the responsible (Senior) ProjectManager to ensure completion as per plan and client expectations• Assume full responsibility and ownership for thesuccessful completion of your projects, representing SiemensAdvanta in project steering committees, and guiding internal teamsand client leaders accordingly • Contribute proactively tobusiness development activities for our local office, e.g., bydeveloping new leads or leading tender responses, in line with yourindividual and local office commercial targets • RepresentSiemens Advanta as the face to our senior clients and build strongtrust-based, long-term relationships translating into futurebusiness opportunities • Proactively coach (Senior)project managers, enabling them to build new capabilities and growprofessionally • As a member of our local Siemens Advantaleadership team, you proactively take the lead for additionalinternal roles beyond project work (e.g., recruitment, staffing,trainings, appraisals, marketing/ publications) Whatyou’ll need • 10+ years of experience intop-tier strategy consulting firm (relevant sectors and focusareas) or in a digital transformation/ innovation role for arenowned industrial enterprise or start-up with at least 5years’ experience in leading (digital) consulting ortransformation engagements – ideally in a juniorleadership role • Outstanding university/ business schooldegree (MBA, PhD), ideally in business, engineering, naturalscience, or IT from a globally renowned university •Existing network of potential future clients for Siemens Advanta tostart building your own platfor• Profound experience indigital transformation, digital business ecosystems, or latestinformation technologies like ML, AI, Cloud, IoT •Excellent exposure across different industry verticals relevant forSiemens Advanta, particularly Smart Cities/ Campuses/ Districts,Industry 4.0, or Utilities (Power, Water, Renewables) •Excellent analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solvingskills combined with an entrepreneurial“can-do” mindset • Initial workexperience in the Middle East • Proven ability tocommunicate complex ideas clearly (written and spoken) in Englishand at least one other language, ideally Arabic • Teamplayer mindset with strong interpersonal skills and willingness totravel across the region and internationally What we offer• Fast growing, highly motivated team and environment withflat hierarchies striving to deliver impact for our clients• Continuous exposure to very senior Siemens internal andexternal leaders • An assigned coach, (senior) vicepresident, and ‘buddy’ to provide you withfeedback and support to help you develop in the direction that mostinterests you and advances your career • Clearly defined,transparent career development and learning trajectories withinternational staffing opportunities • Well controlledwork-life-balance providing the opportunity to pursue additionallearning opportunities or personal priorities • Highlycompetitive and compensation packages What else do you need toknow?
