PDMS Coordinator

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:• Responsible to oversee and coordinate Pre-commissioningand Commissioning Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and Permit toWork (PTW) activities for all Disciplines to ensure EPC Contractordelivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systemscompletions, including pre-commissioning and commissioningactivities, is in full compliance with company SHES requirements.• Maintains close liaison with members of Engineering,quality, construction and operations Teams to deliver clear plansand efficient execution of the project scope of work. Accountablefor ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and incompliance with project objectives and specification. •Manages EPC Contractor's SIMOPS/PTW activities includingvalidation of resources, personnel qualifications and experience;usage of appropriate tools; adherence to project objectives,requirements, specifications, and verification processes.• Regular interface and collaboration with Engineering,SHES, Loss Prevention Heads, Construction, Operations and Quality.Interactions with Interface sections, Operations Advisors andProject Engineers within the NFE Onshore Project organisation.Frequent contact with Construction, Quality, Operations,Safety/Environment, and CLIENT Engineering departments as required.• Regular interaction with EPC Contractor, Vendors,Subcontractors, and engineering/specialist consultants. As requiredengagement with QP/asset owner's representatives. Ministryof Environment (MOE). • Delivering a complex Brown-fieldscope of work connected to very large existing and new Facilitiesto achieve project expectations, in particular SIMOPS/PTWcoordination during EPC3 commissioning activities, includingexecution of the different Tie-Ins (piping, electrical,I&C) with live facilities.
