You will carry out driverassessments for all new starters, agency drivers, any drivers thathave been involved in an road traffic incident in line with a planand where applicable, on a ‘How’s myDriving’ event; assessing driving standards, improvingsafety, fuel efficiency, reducing incident frequency and to improveoverall standards.
To work with the siteTransport Management Team to identify, review and act on telematicsdata relating to RTI and driver behaviour in conjunction and act asa technical expert relating to telematics and incidentinvestigations.
Responsible for establishing aprogramme of driver training that covers SAFED, DCPC, induction andprocedural training including agency training standards andcontrols.
