AV Runner Technician

AV Runner Technician • Fetch andcarry items, such as equipment, tapes, and cable, and geteverything in place for the event • Help set up a locationfor an event, and make any necessary meeting room setup •Follow up on the daily task list • Set up, operate,maintain, and repair sound and video equipment for use in liveevents • Transporting, setting up, and installing AVequipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers,monitors, cameras, and equipment racks • Developing goodrelationships with clients to keep production moving and to helpout production or event coordinators • Running tests onvideos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems thatarise • Meeting clients' standards by handlingequipment malfunctions and executing a flawless event •Disassembling equipment, wiring, and support tools in a safe manner• Performing inventory management on equipment, wiring,and accessories • Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance,or repairs on audio-visual equipment • Follow-up on theequipment used during the event • inventory of equipmentin the storage • Safely store and handle audio-visualequipment to prevent damage or accidents. Qualifications •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in thehospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort) or in AV Company• Strong working knowledge of audiovisual equipment• Good English and communication skills •Interpersonal skills • Basic computer skills •Friendly and approachable • Ability and willingness toperform under stress • Positive and high energylevel
