Position Title - TA logistics coordinatorWorkLocation - Qatar Shell Pearl GTL, Ras Laffan Industrial CityWorkPattern - 6 days 10 hours from start date to end of September 2024and then switch to 12 hours 6 days as per MTA standard workpractice.Expected Start Date and Expected End Date: -Resource one(day shift) Start date - 1 September 2024 (1st day on site) Enddate -26th December 2024 (last day on site)Resource two (nightshift) Start date - 1 October 2024 (1st day on site) End date -26thDecember 2024 (last day on site)Number of Available Vacancies: - 2Personnel (Separate to Day & Night).Candidate Competencies:- Minimum Qualifications for this position is Diploma inEngineering or similar A minimum year of relevant experience is 2years as a Turnaround Logistic coordinator role in maintenanceplanning (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plantexperience preferred) Experience in logistic turnarounds / shutdownmaintenance and contracts Conversant and up to date with latesttechnology developments associated with logistic &contracts Able to read interpret technical specifications andmaterials certificates Knowledge of:- Functional knowledge in SAP-MM Module.Skills: Proficiency in M/S Office Good communication andinterpersonal skills both verbal and written Ability to coordinateand influence peers Ability to work in dynamic environment Abilityto handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to managecontractors & service providers Ability to work with themultinational and diverse team Good negotiation skillsJobDescription: - Report directly to the Supply Chain Coordinator Led- TA & Projects Defining the plant boundaries and theavailable land for the sittings of temporary facilities, laydowns,material storage, vehicle parking, staging areas etc Accommodationand facilities inspection as per required by the TA Liaison withinter-department staff and contractors relative to TA logistics andturnaround contracts Actively participates and carries out tasks inmonitoring & coordinating works activities. Assists inforecasting and provide input of section budget requirementsthrough inputs of prevailing market costs. Coordinate or act as thefocal point with contractors or supplier's site visits,mobilization and demobilization. Assist and provide input indeveloping Scope of Works (SOW), prepare tender documents, evaluatebids and provide recommendations Monitor and verify warehousePR's, PO's & PC's status / progressand prepare reports Coordinate & prepare TA'slaydown areas, compile and provide inputs for generation of TA bookMonitor and check the contractor performance as per SLA (ServiceLevel of AgreementBounty Hunter World
