Documentation

- Safety Protocols: Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Sanitization: Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in patient care areas.
Patient Advocacy
- Support Patients: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights are respected and their needs are met.
- Education: Provide education on health conditions, treatments, and wellness practices.
Emergency Response
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures as needed.
- First Aid: Administer first aid and support during critical situations.
Professional Development
- Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and advancements.
- Peer Support: Mentor and support less experienced nursing staff.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Team Meetings: Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational issues.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
Should possess active Home Country License. if applicant had been working outside the home country within last 2 years, in such cases they should possess license form respective Nursing Registration Authority.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, from the date of registration in Nursing Registration Authority. If there are any employment gaps, it should not exceed 18 months.
Experience in derma and dental will not be considered.
Clinical Skills: Proficient in clinical nursing skills, including assessment, medication administration, and patient care techniques.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in patient care.
Experience
Work Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, especially in acute care, pediatrics, or geriatrics.
Specialized Training: Additional certifications in areas such as critical care, pediatrics, or emergency nursing can be beneficial.
Soft Skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Empathy and Compassion: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to empathize with patients and their families.
