Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen unternehmens- und auch abteilungs bergreifenden Projekten (z.B. Strategie, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations ). Beispielhafte Projekte: Entwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie, PMO, (Beispielhafte Projekte: Launch eines neuen Marketingkanals, Entwicklung der Expansionsstrategie, Ausbau des Produktportfolios, Verbesserung der UX/UI, Implementierung von HR Prozessen,Optimierung abteilungs bergreifender Prozesse aller Art, Einf hrung von Tools)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Business Developern, dem Managementteam sowie s mtlichen Abteilungen
  • Unterst tzung bei der Organisation, Durchf hrung und Aufbereitung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Sammlung von Daten zur Strategieentwicklung und Erstellung von Business-Pl nen
  • Erstellen von ad-hoc Analysen sowie Mitgestaltung von wiederkehrenden Reportings

Requirements :


Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen/ Praktika im Bereich Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement, Sales oder Vertrieb bestenfalls in einem schnell wachsenden, dynamischen Unternehmen und/ oder einer renommierten Strategieberatung
  • Hohe Affinit t zu E-Commerce und Begeisterung f r Sport und gesunde Ern hrung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, starke hands-on Mentalit t, l sungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise. Du hast Freude an unternehmerischem Denken und verf gst ber herausragende Kommunikationsf higkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
