Role Description


Reporting to the Manager: Security, the role will provide a comprehensive security service related to Product Security to the operation and ensure application of and adherence to all organisational security policies and Responsible for product security through risk and vulnerability assessments and implementing mitigation action plans to reduce risk and improved


Tasks And Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to high-risk diamond processes and vulnerable

Investigate all security risk related

Provide accurate reporting of all security incidents and security

Responsible for effective seal management in high-risk areas (seal inspection schedule).

Ensure all security systems are operational and

Monitoring of process and burglar alarms to ensure ensuring protection and trend analysis regarding process

Control of diamond export equipment within the export garage

Maintenance and inspections of helipad and landing strip (windsock, bunkers).

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

National Diploma Security Risk Management or equivalent NQF level 6

PSIRA Grade A

Supervisory Development Programme (SDP) or equivalent

Fire Arm competency for business

A minimum of 3 years experience in a security risk Senior Security Officer: Risk

Working knowledge of Security Risk Management principles and

Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office (Intermediate)

Valid Drivers Licence


Advantage

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining the F&B stock for day to day Receives supplies as per Checks received suplies with respect to weight, size, specifications, expiry date Issue stock as per PRF and on FIFO Maintain monthly physical stock of consumable and F&B Responsible for entering all consumable issuing forms (PRF s, GRN) in ERP Responsible for receiving the F&B deliveries in accordance of the HACCP standard & SOPs relating to Assist warehouse team for kitchen transfers as Assist warehouse team for day to day physical operations
