Key responsibilities:

The Team Services Coordinators shall be based in the Headquarters and under the supervision of the Team Services Operations Manager. She or he will be responsible for:

Pre-event time role*:

  • Communicating with Member Associations (MAs) early in the planning phase and Participating Member Associations (PMAs) once qualified, on a daily basis. Assisting them in their preparations, briefing them for the Tournament and supporting them during the event and other Test Events in Qatar.
  • Supporting Team Services with planning and implementing additional Events, such as Team Seminars and Team Workshops; by preparing respective Handbooks and Presentations for the event and other Test Events and by organising these events in the agreed locations.
  • Preparing, coordinating & accompanying MAs/PMAs on official Team Base Camps (TBCs) inspection visits, together with the client Team Facilities team.
  • Assisting the client Team Facilities team in the operational planning of Team Base Camps (TBCs), inspecting them on regular basis together with the client Team Facilities Coordinators.
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of the Team Services related policies, procedures and guidelines involving all stakeholders (incl. the PMAs).
  • Supporting the Team Services Operations Manager in cross-functional coordination with all relevant Functional Areas.
  • Supporting in planning and implementation of PMAs’ operations.
  • Supporting the Team Services Planning & Administration Manager with the training of the PMAs’ Team Liaison Officers (TLOs).
  • Supporting the client Team Services with Official Communication to Member Associations (MAs) and Zurich based operations.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.
