Roles and Responsibilities:

? Identifying, qualifying & securing business opportunities thru various channels like D2C/B2C

? Identifying industry opportunities for Shipyaari to be present and work closely to Marketing team to execute such events

? Setting up new clusters/Zones/Cities with new Clients

? Proven Hunter for Business Development

? Being proactive and quick learner

? Multitasking skills to deal and close open leads

? Writing compelling business proposals

? Negotiating and closing sales deals

? Navigating revenue growth, client acquisition & account management

? Retaining and growing existing businesses

? Owning the collection process

? Managing business profitability

? Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keeping team lead apprised of the progress

? Preparing sales reports

? Coordinating and guiding business generation activities with the other functions like Marketing, IT etc.

**Any other responsibility as per discretion of management.

Should have first-hand experience and knowledge of the logistics industry

Should have an in-depth experience of handling D2C/B2C sales/Online Brands
