Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Supervise to installation team about day to day activities and follow up with them.
  • Ensure the efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources to optimize inventory management.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with freight forwarders and carriers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and shipping, and recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, and shipping, preferably in the Qatar market.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients and shipping agents.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Qatar's customs regulations, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Preference will be given holding NOC transferable QID.
  • Can join on short notice period.
  • Preferef - Male
