Looking for a MALE candidate to perform a variety of complex administrative duties involved in Secondary School operations including instruction and school planning. Administer the policies and guidelines of the school system and provide administrative assistance to the Vice Principal. Implement disciplinary procedures and policies related to student behaviour and achievement. Supervise the resolution of student, parent and teacher concerns; report student progress to parents and appropriate school system offices periodically. Other related responsibilities as assigned by Principal. Required Qualifications • Masters Degree in Education or Leadership • Bachelor Degree in a Secondary Teaching Subject from a recognized University (From the UK preferred) • TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries • Must be Native English speaker or near Required Experience • Minimum 3 years teaching experience at Secondary grade level (In the UK preferred) • Minimum 2 years experience as a Head of Secondary or in a similar leadership position • Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment • Organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis and evaluation of secondary school programs, policies, and operational needs.
