- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, including medication management, therapy, and other interventions.- Monitor and review patients' progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated care for patients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation related to patient care.- Stay informed about the latest developments in psychiatry and evidence-based treatment modalities.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines.
