Assistant Project Manager

Duration: 3-4 Months + Rolling Work package

Rate: 65 per day OUTSIDE IR35

Location: Remote Role supporting a UK-based project

English Level Fluent: A minimum level of C1 is required
Minimum experience: 2yrs
An assistant project manager with proven experience supporting projects using either Agile or Waterfall methodologies.


Role:

An exciting opportunity has come up requiring a skilled and enthusiastic individual to help coordinate the delivery of new HR services within a larger digital transformation. A motivated individual with a genuine interest in HR digital projects, and the application of best practice project management.

Required:

  • Supporting the project manager in coordinating the work to develop and design new HR applications
  • Influence, monitor, and report on project progress - including time, cost, quality parameters, and identifying risks & issues from inception to completion.
  • Supporting the project manager's consultations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the project managers in shaping project design, quality, and cost options, to meet project/programme objectives
  • Supporting the project managers by influencing, monitoring, and reporting on project progress - including time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Supporting the project managers in identifying/addressing risks & issues from inception through to completion.
  • Supporting the project manager's delivery ensuring it is - on budget, on time, and to plan.
  • Supporting the project manager in adopting a systematic and timely approach to preparing/completing project documentation from business case through risk management to post-completion evaluation.
  • Provide Project Management support and carry out all other administrative duties as may be defined by the lead project manager
  • Supporting the project managers with the management of change control
