Purpose of the role Tea boy performs various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests and staff. Scanning files and papers /documents of staff. Greeting visitors and so on. B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES · Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitors. · Keep Kitchen clean on daily basis. · Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material. · Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. · Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees. · Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed. C. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge • 2 years in a similar position Minimum Entry Qualifications • High school certificate
