Your Day to Day

As the Assistant Security Manager you will assist in developing and implementing security policies procedures and protocols. Oversee the daily operations of the security team including scheduling training and performance management. Conduct regular security patrols to monitor activity and prevent potential security breaches. Investigate security incidents accidents and complaints and take appropriate action as necessary. And you will maintain accurate records of securityrelated incidents and activities.

What We Need From You

Ideally youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in criminal justice security management or a related field preferred
  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to high volume environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security
