Responsibilities: • Conducting thorough skin assessments and analyzing clients' skin conditions. • Developing personalized skincare treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals. • Performing a variety of skincare procedures, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin resurfacing. • Providing advice and recommendations on proper skincare routines and products. • Maintaining accurate and detailed client records. • Keeping up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products. • Continuously educating clients on skincare and addressing their concerns and questions. • Valid license or certification as a Skin Specialist. • Proven experience as a Skin Specialist or similar role. • Deep knowledge of skincare procedures, treatments, and products. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop personalized skincare treatment plans. • Knowledge of the latest skincare trends and advancements. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
