A Barista will be responsible for engaging our guests duringtheir visit, receiving / serving orders and ensuring brand servicestandards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards : • Receive orders and serve customer requestscompletely in a timely manner • Create and serve a rangeof beverages including hot and cold coffee, fresh juice etc. • Take food orders and assist the floor team withdeliveries as required • Understand menu content, any menuchanges, and promotional activities • Keep your servicearea clean, tidy, and well-prepared • Efficiently managethe proper settlement of all customer accounts • Answerguest queries in a polite and helpful manner What are we lookingfor? A Barista serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf ofour Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfullyfill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours,skills, and values that follow : • Previous experiencewithin a coffee lounge environment • The ability to createclassic modern coffee • Flexibility in hours as you willbe working rostered shifts, especially on weekends • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a rangeof work situations • Passion for delivering exceptionallevels of guest service
