As Manager Sponsorships, you will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering integrated 360 partnership projects across the department's touchpoints and sponsorship portfolio, whilst continually optimizing internal processes to ensure successful delivery of high-end propositions with strong commercial benefits. This will be achieved through leading the conceptualization, planning, design, and execution of various projects (end-to-end management) that support the department's function and strategic objectives. Accountable to develop and drive internal and external collaborative relationships to leverage the development and conversion of measurable commercial opportunities across a portfolio of partnership and sponsorship properties. Other responsibilities include: • Design (scope), plan, and execute commercial partnership projects focused on measuring effectiveness. • Define clear KPI's for success and continuously measure (and report) the impact of all activities. • Develop partnership project plans and identify roadmaps and timelines for successful project delivery. • Conduct market assessments to identify collaboration opportunities where required. • Manage supporting agency partners to deliver best-in-class activations and campaigns. • Ensure all projects are tracked and optimized to get the best possible return on investment. • Provide evaluation methodologies, status updates, and reports on the measurable impact of ongoing projects, ensuring on time delivery and results. • Lead projects for the development of B2B, B2C and B2B2C commercial partnerships that differentiate our commercial offering, communicate value and lead to successful and measurable outcomes. • Collaborate and influence internal teams to deliver impactful projects with clear measures of success. • Build strong relationships with commercial partners, rights holders, and their related teams in order to convert opportunities (rights activations and benefits) into measurable results for the business. • Manage project budgets and forecasting ensuring within scope, within budget and on-time delivery. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. Together, everything is possible Qualifications About you • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent • Minimum 8 years of job-related experience required. • Experience working with fast paced environment. • Understands the business of Sponsorships and Partnerships and how to cultivate value from them. • Self-started and self-manager, with analysis and research skills, including data collection, tracking and follow-up. • Managerial skills – ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
