Buggy Driver

This position supports the Guest Experience Department in terms of transporting the guests within the waterpark/Hotel using buggies. This position is responsible to operate the buggy inside the waterpark/Hotel to transport guests and colleagues safely. • *What’s in it for you**: - Be part of a unique and complex resort in Qatar - Take advantage of opportunities to be recognized for your professional contributions - Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide - Learning programs through our academies - Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world - Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21 • *What you will be doing**: - Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals. - Facilitate efficient, convenient and secure transport process within the park - Always have a cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times. - Drive guests in the buggies wherever required within the waterpark/Hotel following the schedule given by the supervisor, or upon guest request - Provide pricing, promotion, shows, rides & attractions information and suggestions to guests. • *Your experience and skills include**: - High School Diploma education or higher - Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory position in a waterpark or related field - Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language - Ability to speak other languages such as Arabic will be an advantage - Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word • *Your team & working environment**: At Accor, we are Heartists Are you ready to put your heart at the center of everything that you do?
