Foster a positive culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field. A minimum of five years of experience as a school principal or assistant principal. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of educational policies and regulations. Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture and foster a love for learning. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to motivate and inspire staff and students. Strong commitment to educational equity and social justice
