Deine Aufgaben

In der spannenden Position als Head of HR wirst Du einen massiven Einfluss auf die personelle Entwicklung unserer Organisation haben und gemeinsam mit Deinem Team den gesamten HR Lifecycle, von der Rekrutierung ber die Personalbetreuung und -entwicklung bis hin zum Offboarding, verantworten.

  • Ganzheitliche Verantwortung und Beratung des Leadership-Teams bei allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung einer innovativen Personalstrategie und Verkn pfung mit den Unternehmenszielen der gesamten Gruppe
  • Ausbau und Optimierung des Recruitings, Talent Managements sowie Employer Brandings
  • Identifikation von Entwicklungsbedarf im Unternehmen sowie F rderung der Weiterbildung von Talenten und F hrungskr ften
  • Aufbau, Entwicklung und F rderung einer starken Unternehmenskultur, unter Ber cksichtigung unserer Werte, Vision und Mission
  • Definition und Implementierung von skalierbaren Strukturen, Prozessen und KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung, welche positiv auf die Produktivit t, Leistung und die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit einzahlen
  • Ausbau, F hrung und Entwicklung der Personalabteilung

Requirements :


Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources in einem wachstumsstarken und digitalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der F hrung und Entwicklung von agilen Teams sowie die F higkeit unterschiedliche Pers nlichkeiten zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Spa an komplexen Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen und rasant wachsenden Umfeld sowie eine stark unternehmerische "Can-do"-Mentalit t
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie zielorientierte Entscheidungsf higkeiten
  • Fundiertes Wissen einsetzbarer Tools, Systeme und Methodiken f r die erfolgreiche Umsetzung einer modernen Personalf hrung
