Description du poste et des missions
Afin de soutenir le développement de leur activité, notre client recherche un Senior Product Manager afin de prendre en charge l’une de leurs squads. L’équipe produit est en effet organisée en différente “squad”, chacune d’elle étant responsable d’un périmètre fonctionnel. Une squad est composée de 4 à 6 développeurs, d’un Lead développeur et d’un Product Manager. Le Product Manager est très autonome sur son périmètre et est responsable de la Discovery ainsi que de la Delivery.

Vous serez intégré à une équipe Produit dynamique et directement rattaché à la Head of Product. Du fait de votre seniorité, vous serez positionné sur des problématiques complexes et serez responsable de projets transverses, communs à plusieurs squads. Il sera également attendu de vous que vous puissiez coacher des Product Manager moins expérimentés et être force de proposition sur des bonnes pratiques Produit.

Vous participerez à :
  • Roadmap : vous construisez la vision long-terme de votre squad et êtes le garant de la Roadmap
  • Discovery : vous échangez avec les utilisateurs, collectez leurs retours, menez des entretiens de user research, etc.
  • Delivery : vous gérez le backlog de votre squad et préparez les sprints à venir
  • Stratégie : avec l’équipe produit, vous établissez la vision long-terme de Regate et participez à la stratégie Produit

‍ Profil recherché
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expériences en tant que Product Manager
  • Vous savez mettre en place une stratégie Produit en définissant une vision et en mettant en place les KPI et OKR associés
  • Vous êtes capable de définir une stratégie Product Analytics, de mettre en place les outils nécessaires et de prendre des décisions basées sur l’analyse de données
  • Vous avez un haut niveau d’exigence et êtes capable de mentorer des Product Managers moins expérimentés
  • Vous avez une expérience en SaaS et/ou êtes familier des solutions fintech

C'est un plus... :
  • Si expérience en compta, produit fintech
  • Expérience technique, ancien développeur, capable d’aider sur les sujets de conception ou d’intégration
  • Si expérience 100% mobile pas bloquant
  • Avoir travaillé dans une entreprise plus structurée : scale up: 300 et 600 salariés ou a évolué dans une équipe product de 30-40 personnes
