L toile Services en Sant recrute des travailleurs sociaux pour le CISSS de lEstrie principalement Cowansville et ses environs. Remplacements dur e ind termin e sont disponibles. Excellente conciliation travail/famille vous est offerte.

Taux horaire : jusqu $55/heure


Responsabilit s :

  • Assumer la responsabilit de l valuation des besoins psychosociaux de la personne et de son environnement
  • Favoriser l orientation de la personne vers les ressources et services appropri s
  • Mettre en place un traitement de la client le
  • Contribuer l intervention interdisciplinaire
  • Assurer la continuit des services
  • Contribuer la qualit et l am lioration continue des services
  • Contribuer la bonne gestion de son centre d activit

Exigences :
  • Dipl me universitaire en service social
  • Membre en r gle de l OTSTCFQ
  • Ad quatement vaccin (Code QR) obligatoire
  • Maitrise de la langue fran aise (anglais un atout)
  • D tenir un permis de conduire valide
  • Poss der un v hicule
