SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist/Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT) to join our team of medical professionals. As an ENT specialist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating disorders and conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.

In this role, you will evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT disorders, develop and implement treatment plans, and perform surgical interventions when necessary. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to your patients, ensuring their well-being and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Diagnose and treat various ENT conditions, including sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and vocal cord disorders
• Perform specialized procedures and surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and tympanoplasties
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and speech therapists, to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care measures
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records
• Stay current with advancements in the field of Otolaryngology through continuing education and professional development
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care
