## What you will deliver: 馃搷Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of VAP Group's brands. 馃搷Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. 馃搷Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand messages. 馃搷Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and reach. 馃搷Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brands. 馃搷Foster engagement and loyalty through regular interaction and community-building initiatives. 馃搷Oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning. 馃搷Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility. 馃搷Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. 馃搷Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand reach and collaboration opportunities. 馃搷Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of campaigns. ## Requirements 馃搷Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the media industry, and at least 1 year experience in Web3 space. 馃搷At least 3 years of experience in managing similar teams, with a proven track record of leadership and team development. 馃搷Proven track record in developing and managing successful brand strategies. 馃搷Experience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers. 馃搷Demonstrated ability to build and manage online and offline communities. 馃搷Strong understanding of public relations principles and experience in managing PR campaigns and events. 馃搷Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term marketing communication strategies. 馃搷Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies. 馃搷Proficiency in using analytics tools to track the performance of marketing communications initiatives and inform decision-making. 馃搷Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 馃搷Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team
