Concierge Services: ·Act as a personal concierge, assisting guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and other requests. ·Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Room Maintenance: ·Ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. ·Coordinate with housekeeping for special requests and preferences. Communication: ·Maintain open communication with guests to understand their needs and preferences. ·Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Special Occasions: ·Assist in arranging and coordinating special occasions or celebrations for guests.
