Job Description: Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is looking for Guestroom Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Essential Functions: Clean and self-inspects guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards. Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed. Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors, i.e. extra pillow, blankets. To keep linen rooms, tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order. Ensure all guest rooms and amenities have been properly cleaned, dusted, sanitized, and supplied on a daily basis, according to Four Seasons standards of service. They must be comfortable making a bed and vacuuming, as well as being able to lift and carry 15-20 pounds on a regular basis. Shifts will also include turndown service, where the guests are lightly refreshed for the evening.
