Stocker Cashier

**Job Purpose**
- To ensure availability, visibility of product through effective merchandising and stock rotation
- To ensure proper and correct registering of transactions in POS-Point of Sale system
- Provide direct and indirect customer service

**Communication and Working Relationships**
- Immediate supervisors on all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting
- Store staff for coordination and communication on team activities and coordination with vendors and merchandisers

**Key Dimensions and Related Job Results**
- Understanding and achievement of category sales target
- Ensuring availability by timely replenishment, return of damaged/non-moving products to DC and DSD vendors
- Maintain cleanliness and QHSE standards on shelfs for FMCG/General Merchandise ensuring good quality product reaches to the customer
- Proper registering of transactions through POS system by handling cash and valuables and operating/ registering transactions (physical/electronic) in various modes with no discrepancy in the transaction
- Direct and Indirect customer service by maintaining proper displays, correct prices, and signage, if applicable
- Active involvement in instore activities and any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor (Sales promotions, charity campaigns, inventory checks etc.)
- Loading, unloading of goods, and maintaining back storage
- Avoiding expiry and ensure timely action on short-expiry stock
- Any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor
- Standard cashiering procedure, register online/ home delivery sales transactions and coordinate with deliveries as per requirement, online picking for home deliveries as and when required by supervisor
