Duties & Responsibilities:

- Reviewing construction drawings and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Preparing BOQ and Contract Condition.
- Documenting changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Moving from the main office / site to various sites as required or attend at one site (as per work requirement).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction or work with consultant organizations.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
