Surveiller et respecter l’horaire tout au long de la journée. Gérer le comportement inapproprié de clients en suivant les procédures d’exploitation standard Marriott International pour conduite inappropriée à l’intention des clients et des thérapeutes, menant jusqu’à et y compris l’arrêt d’un traitement ou d’un service et informer le superviseur ou le gestionnaire. Maintenir les compétences et les permis actuels dans le domaine de service conformément aux exigences régionales.

Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire ; suivre la formation en sécurité et obtenir les certifications. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel ; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives et productives avec les autres. Se tenir debout, assis ou marcher pendant une période prolongée ; saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents nécessitant une excellente motricité et coordination œil-main. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
