**Your day-to-day**:

- The Chef de Partie’s mission is to take full responsibility for the food quality & presentation of the dishes and on-demand to assist other areas of the culinary operation
- Supervise his kitchen section and cooperate with the other sections within the kitchen
- Responsible for complying at all times with the standard quality requirements, stock management, and techniques
- Responsible for the ordering and requesting of the ingredients on a daily basis
- Work closely with the purchasing and receiving department during the receiving of all products
- The Chef de Partie has to ensure that agreed quality, hygiene, and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times by himself and his subordinates.

- Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked in his section according to company standard recipes and specifications.

**What we need from you**:

- A la carte and buffet, staff cafeteria experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines to the highest standards.
- Must have experience in Arabic Cuisine
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices is advantageous.
- Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the same position is advantageous
