We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Receptionist to oversee the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Senior Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

Oversee the daily operations of the reception area to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.

Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and other calendar activities.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and administrative processes.

Monitor security protocols, such as managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation.
