Sales Executive

**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in IT infrastructure and digital solutions, targeting both new and existing clients.
Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and present appropriate IT infrastructure and digital solutions that align with their objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
Collaborate with technical experts and solution architects to design and customize IT infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's IT infrastructure and digital solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's solutions in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital sales campaigns, lead generation strategies, and promotional activities.
Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales and IT infrastructure solutions are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in IT infrastructure sales, digital sales, or related fields, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, such as communication & networking solutions, IT security solutions, collaboration solutions, cloud services, data centers & backup solutions, surveillance and access control solutions, cybersecurity, and IOT solutions.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
